I've spent more than 20 years in IT, and most of that time building tech products from the first sketch to the system customers actually use.
Along the way I kept seeing the same thing. Good businesses with good people, stuck at the same size for years. Not because the owners weren't working hard, but because everything still ran through them.
Coaches could fix the thinking. Agencies could build a website or run ads. But nobody joined the two together and stayed until the system worked.
That's what I do now. I help established business owners get their mindset and strategy right, then I build and install the systems that carry the growth: lead follow-up, missed-call text back, reviews, bookings and reporting.
