Where do the sessions happen?

On Zoom. You'll get the link before the first session, so you can join from anywhere with a laptop or phone.

What time are the sessions where I live?

Session times are set in New Zealand time (NZT). The date above shows when the next round starts; a time zone converter will give you your local time. If the time doesn't suit, the replays mean you won't miss anything.

What if I miss a session?

Replays are shared after each session, so you can catch up the same day.

What happens after the challenge?

Many owners carry on with the Growth Program, or ask me to install the full system. There's no pressure to do either.
